- 3rd Fold: 44 x 2 = 88 Layers
- 4th Fold: 88 x 2 = 176 Layers
- 5th Fold: 176 x 2 = 352 Layers
This technique enhances the blade’s strength and flexibility while producing a distinct Damascus grain pattern, making each sword a unique piece.
